- Pool Gates are locked by HOA at sunset
- Pool is heated November 20th- January 5th and for Spring Break. Which is dictated by the HOA and Solely Beachfront is not liable for the pool to be heated or closed. It is the decision of the HOA

BEACHSIDE TWO COMPLEX EXTERIOR RENOVATION THROUGH SPRING 2026:
The property is currently undergoing Exterior waterproofing and window replacement. You will see coverings over lobby windows. You may hear some noise from workers during day time business hours.
If you park on the lower parking garage, please go through the lobby and take the stairs next to the back exit of the building. 4209 will be the second door on your right after going up the stairs and through the door.
If you park on the upper garage, please take the stairs or elevator down to the bottom lobby, and use the small set of stairs next the the back exit of the building.
Due to the closing of the courtyard for Phase 3 waterproofing and window replacement, guests will need to use an alternate route to access Elephant Walk (Beach House). Please do not cut through the landscaped areas.
Access from the beach over to the Sandestin Boardwalk to access Elephant Walk, Beach House or the Tram is still accessible.
