Beach House 201A - Salt Water Retreat is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf front condo located in Miramar Beach. Designed for families and small groups, this inviting retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and offers a comfortable layout with a king master suite, a guest suite with two full-sized beds, and additional sleeping space in the living area. Enjoy stunning Gulf views from the private balcony or throughout the main living space, making this condo an ideal coastal escape.

Beach House is a 6-story condominium complex located directly on Miramar Beach. With 650 feet of private beachfront, it's an ideal getaway for families or couples. The large pool is seasonally heated, and a kiddie pool will delight the toddlers in your group. Older kids might enjoy the lighted tennis courts and fitness center. Adults will enjoy relaxing in the Gulf Front gazebo with picnic tables and beach service. The active members of your group might enjoy a trek along the bike path. There's something for everyone at Beach House!

Perfect location

Second time staying here. New Fridge since last stay was a huge plus! Was not as clean as last stay. They must have forgotten the balcony because there was a dirty towel and sand every where on it. The soap dispensers at the sinks were all empty as well. Overall the location can't be beat and we love the area.

The best view of the ocean!!! The kids and I come every year and by far this was the ABSOLUTE best stay EVER!!! Very clean, nice, updated, A/C worked very well!!! Will definitely be coming back!!! Communication was easy, immediate responses!! 💜💜💜💜

Family vacay

The condo is very nice. The only negative is thr refrigerator needs to be replaced - the freezer racks are rusted and the icemaker doesn’t work (maybe 12 cubes were made each day). The complex itself could use some work. The gates going to the pool and beach are rickety with rust and peeling paint - and the gates do not lock. No need to use the armbands provided.

Beautiful!

First time staying in a condo with the family. We usually rent a decent size house, but it began to get out of our price point. We found 201A and don't think we will ever look back at a house again. It was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views, super easy access to the beach and a nice size pool. We went in the off-season so there were very few people here. 201a was very clean, to my wife's Delight no sand on the floor upon entering. Very updated condo. Slept four kids two adults. Our 13 year old ended up on the pull-out couch because sharing a bed with her younger sister was getting a little too crowded. But she was very comfortable there. The kitchen was awesome, plenty of room on the countertop to serve everyone. We love Miramar beach, we have spent the last 7 years here and love it

Perfect place for a beach week!

Property was so clean and well maintained. Truly appreciated the communication regarding maintenance being done on the property grounds. The sleeper sofa was really cool. Love the design and how easy it was to pull out and put up daily. 2nd floor, beach front and the chair setup was great! We had the best time and will definitely stay here again for our next beach music festival get away!! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories w our family and providing such a beautifully appointed place to stay for the week!!

Another great stay at The Beach House

This is our 3rd time staying at The Beach House. This Beach House is definitely showing its wear, but you can’t beat the location, beach access, and way less crowds then surrounding hotels/condos. 201A was by far the cleanest and most updated condo we’ve stayed at, at The Beach House. We are looking forward to our next beach trip here!

Awesome Location

Awesome unit with the best beach access. The second floor is where it is at!! No elevator wait and so easy to get to the beach. Convenient to the grocery store, and you can just walk across the street to get all of your beach supplies. We might have made a few “extra” trips to get floats, boogie boards, etc. we loved this place!! Also, the unit was clean as a whistle! I recommend 100%!

Beach House Stay

This property is AMAZING !!! It was extremely clean when we arrive and the location is perfect especially having small children. The property had fabulous views as it is only a few steps of the beach . There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores . The place is very spacious and definitely had everything we needed for our stay . We will definitely be coming back !

The property is just like the webpage. The living room sofa and chair were nice and comfortable. The a/c/ worked great. It is a well maintained property and met all of our needs. You will not be disappointed as the property is very nice and also it is a great location! My only suggestion is that you take plenty of beach towels, bath towels and also kitchen towels.

My husband, two daughters and I had a fabulous time staying in this condo right on the beach! The views were fantastic and the location was very convenient. The private beach with umbrella and chairs set up daily was a huge plus! Loved every minute of our stay and have already booked for next year!

One of our best trips

This place is perfect for a family vacation! Location on the second floor is great if you’re hauling kids and beach stuff too and from the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom and the condo is clean and stocked with almost anything you need for your stay. Beach location is quiet and less crowded compared to Destin beaches. Restaurant nearby within walking distance. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
