"I love this hotel (2nd visit) the staff are super helpful and friendly and make you feel special. The beds are comfy with lovely sheets. The Piso 21 bar and restaurant plays the best music ever and sometimes the piano is played live. The breakfast staff (especially Jack Davis) are fabulous and so helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a comfy stay, great location and lovely staff"

"Room is small but okay for one person at this price point, at a very good location in miraflores but the shared bathroom is in bad shape. It’s clean but once there was no water in commode, on complaining it was fixed, thanks but the another problem was not fixed, it was regarding the shower. Either too hot water comes or cold water, Mix is not possible, and when you open the hot water channel, it vibrates and start leaking water. There is a window AC, it regulates the temperature of the room...

"El personal muy respuesta, atentos, buena atención"
