"We had a fantastic time at Radisson Decapolis Hotel, well located in one of the best areas in Miraflores, close to restaurants, shopping. The staff were pretty helpful and courteous, thank you to made our stay unforgettable. We had some dinners at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. Also the rooftop bar, I ordered a drink made with ají Amarillo (spicy) Omg! It was delicious. We definitely stayed again"

"This was a perfect and reasonably priced hotel for a my visit. A great location in Miraflores, close to many restaurants, bars and shops. When I arrived very lat at night due to my flight, there was a very minor issue with my room - the staff was friendly, courteous and professional as they moved me to a new room. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional as well. Breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of everything. I would stay here again!"

"What a delightful hotel in the heart of a cultural hotspot. Rooftop Pool was amazing and the views were superb hotel dining options were plenty and the breakfast each morning was made special by different local cuisines being offered each day. Room was very comfortable and staff went above and beyond to welcome our family (including an 11month old). They even put a personalized crib in our room."

"Las fotos no se representan la realidad del hotel, la habitación proporcionada estaba con humedad en la puerta del baño, había moho en la pared de la ducha. Pese a que la reservación estaba a nombre de una persona que reside en el extranjero, quisieron cobrar impuestos solo porque tenía acompañante nacional"

"My stay here was unfortunately very disappointing. On the first day, there was a gas leak on Sunday, and I was told it couldn’t be fixed that day because of the weekend — but no one ever came to fix it afterward, which made it impossible to use the stove during my entire stay.
On top of that, both the kitchen and bathroom sinks got clogged, and one of the electrical outlets actually melted while I had the heater plugged in.
Although the hosts did respond and resolved most of the issues, the...

"I enjoyed my stay at this property! The staff were very accommodating-I booked 1 night with Expedia and had another night booked with a tour group. I sent a message on Expedia letting them know I had 2 different reservations and asked if they could put me in the same room for both nights and they graciously accommodated me! I’d definitely stay here again."

"The airport shuttle was convenient ($25) , Breakfast was ok- good but no fresh omelet station
The hotel was good but not my style. It seemed dated, linens were worn out, the bed was hard & decor was antiquated. The hotel was small, location Ok - not sea facing. The staff was nice"
