"Bathroom was very clean as far as I could tell. Amenities were body wash and shampoo in the shower, and 4 shower caps on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner and outside street noise were very noisy but I was able to sleep through it. Mattresses are very soft and slept-in, but that's expected at this level of hotel. Office staff were courteous and nice. They'll ask for your car's license plate when you check in for parking purposes."

"I decided on the Ojai Retreat and Inn instead of a traditional hotel setting. We were so glad we made this choice, as the property is beautiful and serene with the mountains as a backdrop. We absolutely loved the waterfall meditation garden. The whole property is so great! They offered a continental breakfast, free self-parking, and had a spacious, quiet room for reading. All in all, hands down a five-star experience. I will definitely be back!"

"The front desk team member Sophia was great her customer service was exceptional and she really helped to accommodate my stay the breakfast in the am is so convenient and good to fill u in the am as well as the staff making sure everything g was always filled the rooms so clean w great amenities needed for 2 to 4 or more as a family the ice box was perfect to keep drinks and left overs I also like the outside area and things for kids to do pool basketball and ping ping as well as a bbq area for...

"The place has been in SP since my childhood, sadly no attention is given to details! Bathroom fixtures-RUSTED!! It would take $30 dollars to replace and easily installed, but owner obviously not bothered. Place was booked, money should be reinvested in property!!!! It does have charm at a distance."

"My husband and I were in town to help care for my father. SpringHill Suites made the stay extremely easy and accommodating! Their kind and helpful atmosphere was what kept us coming back. You may not have an "ocean view" but the hotel is nearby several places you can eat, shop, and/or dine. It is a nice place to come, relax, and The next time we are in town, we will be staying at SpringHill Suites!"

"The airstream was so cool! Literally as well. It was 87° in Ojai but the airstream was perfectly air-conditioned. It was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be a loud, but nope, nice and peaceful. Probably helped that I was there on a Wed night! I had lots of fun riding one of their bikes. The Ojai Valley trail starts right behind their property. The kitchenette was great. I made breakfast there so I didn’t have to go out. I appreciated the tea and coffee available. Nikki was super helpful...

"The rooms felt freshly renovated in this historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The back patio area was very inviting. Our room was spacious and had more amenities than I was expecting (like a tiny kitchenette area). I do wish the bed had more than two pillows on it. We arrived after hours so we didn’t have the ability to ask for more. Other than that, I would stay here again."

"Exterior of property needs some love but the room was well maintained. 1 of the towels was dirty and the blanket had cigarette burns. But for the price and one night it was a good stay."
