When you first enter your 2nd floor home, you'll walk into a beautiful entryway to lead you up to your comfortable stay. Next, you'll enter the comfortable living room area with a pull out sofa bed and large Roku TV. Wander into the spacious dining room and kitchen which includes all of your cooking essentials, plenty of plates and glasses for dining and a fully stocked coffee bar. Come relax in one of two bedrooms with queen size bed and full size bed with Roku TV's, and USB charging ports for your convenience.

In addition to all of these luxuries, this home also includes:

* High Speed Wi-Fi with speeds of 900mbps
* Roku TV's in living room and each bedroom featuring free HBO Max, Starz, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+

the hosts were great, they communicated well with me making check in and check out seamless. my stay with them was very warm and welcoming. The home itself was centrally located to everything i wanted to do . it was also very clean.

This is a perfect place to stay for us and our dog. Having a fenced in yard was really great. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only note would be that the kitchen could be a little bit better supplied with a large skillet, blender, etc. it was perfectly supplied for a long weekend, but might be challenging if staying for a longer time. Steven was a great host and was very responsive in following up with VRBO on our behalf when there was a hiccup with refunding our security deposit. Would highly recommend anyone stay here when visiting Minneapolis.

The property was extremely cleaned and worked well for us. I especially liked that the host provided access to different TV channels so we didn’t have to remember all of our login information to watch shows. The beds were very comfortable and it was a great surprise that there was front porch area off the second floor. Our host was great and easy to get in touch with. We also loved that the property was very centrally located. The bathroom was a bit tight, but I’m a sucker for a claw foot tub! It was also nice to have a fenced in yard because we did travel with our dog. Perhaps I didn’t read closely enough, but I didn’t realize that the unit was on the second floor. Our dog has never stayed in a property that had people below him and above him so that was a bit of a challenge for the dog.

My friend and I loved everything about the Serenity Place!! Owners are excellent on all levels!! Great communications from the owners. Very clean and beautifully decorated home. We had all the amenities plus more that we needed to enjoy our stay at the Serenity Place. I look forward to booking another stay with them in the future.

Perfect location super convenient and close to everything you could need and only 15 -20 min from Mall Americas … super easy highway access. Host was very communicative and attentive. Quiet neighborhood comfortable, private home comfy beds. Would rent again if we visit Minnesota Mall America once again in future ! Convenient parking right in front of house too

A Gem of a Place to Stay

Serenity Place is exactly that. A clean, safe, lovely, serene home away from home. Amidst the pressure and chaos of moving from one home to another over the past month, my husband, two dogs, and one cat have cherished Serenity Place and hosts Steven and Katie (and sweet little pooch, Addy) for the oasis of peace and tranquility they have provided. We are so grateful; Serenity Place has been our constant calm within the storm.
