"Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry."

"Staff went missing in the evening. Chef only did what was needed and sat on a seat in the bar most of the morning. No lift for us to carry heavy cases up. No one manning the reception at time. Just sorted the keys out myself!"
