▪Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The Master Bedroom features (1) KING SIZE BED with a closet, master bathroom, work desk with desk lamp, and private outdoor balcony equipped with modern outdoor seating.
▪Bedroom 2 (upstairs): This bedroom features 2 TWIN SIZE beds, a bunk bed with (1) QUEEN SIZE bed and (1) TWIN SIZE bed with high quality bedding and a walk-in closet for you to store your belongings during your stay.
▪Bedroom 3 (upstairs): (1) QUEEN SIZE bed and 1 TWIN SIZE bed with high quality bedding, and a 55-inch 1080p smart HDTV with Netflix/HULU entertainment.
▪Living Room has a sofa bed

All guests may enter through the front door or through the garage.

▪This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not disturb at any time.

▪Out of consideration for our neighbors, we do not allow any gatherings/celebrations on the property. No loud music or parties/events are allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 9:30pm. We rely on the "WYND Sentry Smart Home" noise monitoring device to monitor noise decibel levels. Note, the smart home device does not record audio or video to protect your privacy.
*If any neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, a warning will be issued. If the noise persists or becomes excessive, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

▪Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

PARKING:
▪Two-car garage with EV charging outlet.
*Garage is to be used for parking ONLY.
▪Up to two vehicles can park on the right side of the shared driveway (with guests of another unit) in front of the garage.
▪One parking space reserved for one vehicle in carport to the right of the garage
▪Street parking is available (please refer to street sweeping and garbage pick up day and time)
*Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any.

STREET SWEEPING:
▪Every Tuesday (7am-2pm). Please DO NOT park on street on Tuesdays from 7am to 2pm to avoid parking ticket.

GARBAGE PICK UP:
▪Every Wednesday (7am - 12pm). Please DO NOT park on street close to trash/recycle bins on garbage pick up days.

The location was perfect for our family vacation plans. The host was very accommodating. From weeks before our trip, to the day we departed, the host was very caring and was in contact to make sure all was going perfect! We have nothing but great things to say about our stay!! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The location is not that close to Hollywood if that helps with planning. It is close to two beaches and has eateries and shops less than 10 mins away from the property. The check-in process wasn’t difficult, however, if you travel with family it is best to park in the garage but that process wasn’t simple for us. If the owner could provide a grade door opener that would be extremely helpful. The outlets in the master went out randomly and there wasn’t a full ironing board which was weird.

Enjoyed for the weekend but won't return.. It's a good and easy to get to location for a get together in the OC area but definitely needed a bit more TLC: the sliding doors in 2nd bedroom kept falling off their hinge and wouldn't easily slide even when done slowly and carefully.. sleeping in that room was a terrible experience because the doors allow in a lot of the acoustics from the house. there were 4 outlets (plus two more from the bed frames) in that room but only half of them worked. there were also drawer handles/doors and hanging racks that were broken or hanging by a nail which requires that you be very careful so nothing gets more broken.the automatic lights in the bathroom could not be manually adjusted and would turn off at the most inopportune times (like when you're naked in the shower at night); there were plenty of soap dispensers but many of them were empty and appeared only for show. we couldn't find a single pair of scissors or a kettle for boiling water in the house.. the connected structure of the property wouldn't be a problem except that we could easily hear sounds from neighboring homes and there would occasionally be people coming over and peeking in through the windows or trying to knock and come in to our door also. and lastly, for as spacious as the home was -- most of the closet / pantry spaces were already filled with property things which allowed for the home to appear open but there wasn't much space for our personal luggage.

This was a nice space for our group of 7. Lots of beds, 2.5 baths. Everything was very clean, well supplied and well kept. Access to the laundry facilities was a nice perk. Location is pretty good, it is just a few mins to the freeway. We were able to get out easily for day trips to San Diego and Joshua Tree. Disney is 15-25 min away.Accessing the property for the first time was an experience. I originally tried to open someone else's garage door, then drove around until I finally figured out the alley. After waiting for an unhoused individual to walk by, I opened the small gate, then garage, then the large drive-thru gate. I turned around and saw someone moving the trash cans. Luckily it was a maintenance guy and not someone sneaking in from the alley.I'm not sure if we were using the wrong gate, but we didn't find a remote gate opener so were manually opening and closing the gate. Getting in and out with the vehicle was a bit precarious at times as you have to enter and exit at a weird angle and there is not a lot of room to maneuver. All that being said, we appreciated having access to the garage, considering that the alley was very lively at night. The neighborhood was perfectly fine otherwise and once we were inside, we did feel safe with all of the extra layers of security. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would recommend this place, especially for the cost. You can tell that the owners really do take good care of the place.

Our stay here was very good the house was very clean and spacious the owner communicated almost instantly whenever I had questions. The wifi didn't work but that was okay since we were mainly there to sleep. I think it would be more helpful for the next guest to let them know first the the entrance is through the alley, I accidentally tried to open someone else's garage

It was an awesome stay! There was 12 of us and we all had a bed to sleep in which was very comfortable. The bathrooms was so convenient to get ready for us all. Very spacious. Great communication. Easy to find but gotta pay attention because of the home being a 4plex but u wouldn’t even think it’s a 4plex. Would stay again!

Only complaint was that it was a tiny bit confusing when we arrived when we pulled in, we realized we had pulled in the wrong spot. There were instructions but a lot of them and it just took a bit to figure it out. We had to basically enter in the back down the cramped alley way where there were a lot of sketchy people each day. We were happy about the locked gate and private garage but the neighbor didn’t have theirs locked so that didn’t help much. Homeless people wandered around at times. Broken shopping cart appeared one day, had to pick it up and move it in order to park. So the house itself was clean and offered many things to accommodate us. Really didn’t need to bring any shampoo or soap or toilet paper, all that was provided, even the laundry stuff was. The place was very clean and nice. Just didn’t like the area completely. But it wasn’t the worst area. Every time we got back to the house there was some sketchy people as we pulled in. Not the owners fault though. Walmart right down the street and a Costco if you like that. I think it was about 25 minutes to Disney. The dryer did not seem to dry the clothes though, I think that needs to be looked at. Not that it bothered me tremendously though. But they may want to be aware of that. So overall they provide you with many things and it’s clean. Gate code and gate remote and garage code for you to get in and out. Cameras to help feel safe too. Would I stay there again, I wouldn’t say NO

Overall: The property was great: newly renovated, fully furnished, and clean—lots of board games for family time. We appreciated the host's thoughtfulness, e.g. q-tips and cotton balls, water bottles, and chips for the kids in our group. There were plenty of beds for our needs already, but the conversion of the loft to another bedroom ( that sleeps 3 more ppl) surprised us as it wasn't updated on the listing; we had plans for that room. However, for families with many people/teens, that loft bedroom would be very handy, as a game room too, with the extra TV. Location: near all amenities, Asian restaurants, shops, and a short distance to Disneyland or nearby cities. The only inconvenient part: the property is adjacent to a business complex, with a back alley and parking lot directly across our garage/gate's entrance. It was a bit of a hassle getting in and out due to many parked oversized cars and folks speeding through the alleyway. Suggestion: put a large concave blind spot mirror on the gate. Access: easy and secure with pin-pad & locks and a gate. Because of the back alley entrance, after sunset, it could be hard to find the alley. Tip: turn left into Madison from Beach Blvd, and the alley would be the first left. Communication: very responsive and accommodating with our needs to drop off luggage early in the garage before check-in time.
