"Really warm welcome at the hotel, taken to our room which was very clean cosy and snuggly. Amenities in the room excellent and we were catered for well, including sufficient space for the dogs. Ate two nights in the bar/restaurant, staff very good, food lovely, excellent selection for gluten free which was amazing to experience. "A nice welcome on arrival and the room was very clean and warm. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk. A mini fridge in the room to keep water etc cool. The shower was good and also immaculate. Very quiet and a lovely place to stay "

"Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but..."
