For slumber and privacy, this haven features 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, accommodating a total of 11 guests. Each room is generously sized, drenched in natural light, and furnished with plush comfortable beds, complemented by soft linens. Parks and playgrounds are also scattered throughout the area, offering space for outdoor activities and family-friendly fun. It also allows for easy commuting to other parts of Miami, thanks to its proximity to major highways.

Our property's ideal location provides easy access to Miami's vibrant attractions, renowned dining scene, and world-class shopping destinations: 2 minutes to the Aventura mall, 5 minutes to the ocean, and right next to the Brightline Aventura West Train Station (can walk to the train station) and I95. Some of the great dining options nearby include Tania's Table, Casa D'Angelo, Houston's, and Sea Grill Restaurant. The closest Metrorail station to the house is the Golden Glades Station, which is about 2 miles away, while the closest bus stop is only a 7-minute commute.

* Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 8 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 8 people, there will be an additional charge of $75 per guest, per night (MAX OCCUPANCY IS 11 GUESTS).
* PARKING: 2 parking spaces are included. FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING, A FEE OF $50 PER CAR, PER NIGHT APPLIES (MAX 4 CARS IN TOTAL). VISITORS MAY PARK FOR FREE FOR UP TO 2 HOURS.

Early Check-In: Available upon request for $50 per hour (first 2 hours); $100 per hour thereafter.
Late Check-Out: Available upon request for $50 per hour (first 2 hours); $100 per hour thereafter.

* Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process, which includes signing an online rental agreement. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled.
* Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.
* Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 25.
* Safety and Neighborhood Respect: To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, our property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system. In addition, for everyone's safety, security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No tampering with the security cameras is allowed. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.
* Security Deposit: Guest shall pay a security deposit of $1,000 (one thousand dollars) to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of House Rules or Terms and Conditions. We will process the refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned.
