Started ugh but changed for the better

Our stay started off kind of iffy. Later that night after check in we went grocery shopping since its equipped with a full kitchen. But then we realized no microwave and the stove was not working. Advised them at the desk, was told they would let George know. Next morning went to the desk and the young lady said she would get it taken care of. A little while later George arrived he got the stove working and brought a microwave to our room. If it wasn't for his prompt response on getting these things together for us this review would have been really bad. Also for the remainder of our stay George periodically checked on us to make sure everything was still good.

This is the place to stay!

If you're looking for a nicely run place with great neighbors, this is it! Leaving a wonderful review because all major attractions were nearby and the apartment was a large resting space.

This place was horrible!

It was not clean! Crusty, dirty, far from white towels. Dirty linen. Only one person could take a shower because the water didn't stay hot. The maintenance man just walked in on us, all women. Don't stay here. We had to walk past rooms with people hanging out. When we went to the front desk to complain there was no one there who could help up. This place should be shut down

Splendid and Inviting

Upon arrival all was in order. Lovely apartment with nice decor, quite, clean and well located. Appearance was just like photos. Very inviting.

Not what I was planning on

Place was dirty and on the grungy side. Also it is part of a hostel which it states no where in the listing. They also booked our group of 7 a trip to an Everglades tour for 130 pm. The tour bus picked us up at 1245. And after driving around for 2 hours were told it would be another hour and we were only 2 blocks from where we started. It was supposed to be 130 appt with an hour long tour. We had to get off the bus and walk back to the property. We didn't have time or it would interfere with other engagements. When I got to the office they were little to no help and refused a refund and told me that I should have asked more questions. The 7 of us paid 55 dollars a piece and never got to the tour.

Will Definitely Stay Again

Hello. I just wanted to take the time to extend to you a thank you. I was the other guest staying in condo 9 with Sherdenia. This was our first trip to Miami. I do want to thank you for extending our stay an additional day. Despite the few complaints, your hospitality and willingness to consider our concerns speak volumes. We will definitely stay in your condos again on our future stays if there is availability. I actually referred my supervisor at my job to your condos today. I have showed the pictures we have to my coworkers and they as well are interested in your condos for future travel. Your staff was so friendly. Again thank you so much for everything. God bless.

We All Loved It

U r too funny ... I'm sorry I lost my phone in Florida and also on the way hm we got stuck in Atlanta for a night cuz of the weather ... But what an amazing trip WOW ... We all loved it and they want to come back and the ppl at the front were fabulous and amazing and very thoughtful ... Very very impressed ... So thx u again for such a beautiful room,amazing ppl and a fabulous place ... Near everything ... We enjoyed it and had a wonderful time ... So thx u from all of us. It was worth every penny.
