★SECURITY CAMERAS/NOISE MONITORING★



Please note that there are 3 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.



Additionally, the Villa is equipped with a noise level monitoring device It remains active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only and to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It doesn’t record any conversations.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Ojus is bordered by Aventura to the east, I-95 to the west, North Miami Beach to the south and Broward County to the north.



In Ojus there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Its proximity to the beach makes this neighborhood even more special.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

infested! There were living and dead red ants infesting the main bedroom and bathroom and the room with the pool table. I spent most of my birthday waiting for the exterminator who was late so the bugs could be handled. The place was nice, the pictures were accurate. Little things like WiFi instructions and pool toys were missing.

Check in and checkout was seamless and very easyThe house is clean and well maintained Don’t believe any promise of early checkin or checkout on request: they just don’t respond There is no tennis court: it’s a pickleball court- they need to change the ad. They have four old pickleball paddles which are warped and unusable…so they do know that this is not a tennis court. So bring your own equipment. Tennis courts are available to be booked 15-20 minutes away if you want to play tennis There are cornhole boards but only 3 bags despite a request and so these are unusable There are lights on the pickleball courts but only 3 work: replacement promised but never happened Enjoyed the pool AC in one section of the house did not workThey had portable fans which made it tolerable The sink in one of the bathrooms was completely clogged and nobody was sent to address this despite a request 6 bedrooms. It should be pointed out that three are quite tinyThey could be a little more generous with the towels: two per bedroom not a big deal All in all a decent stayObviously a lot of the issues could be easily addressed by the management

The property manager was very communicative at check in and the house is perfect for a big party with almost all rooms having en suite bathrooms! The backyard has everything to keep your group entertained or relaxed!

Great property. Close to everything. We were in town for Taylor Swift and despite the traffic it was very close and convenient. Great property. Pool and outdoor space was great, kids enjoyed playing Pickleball and seeing iguanas

Perfect for our group

This house was perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of room for sleeping, for entertainment, including the pool table, the outdoor pool, the basketball hoops. The house is very clean and well looked after. The beds for comfortable, there were plenty of towels and laundry facilities on site. There was enough dining seats for everyone, plenty of space in the kitchen and outside to cook. We had an amazing stay at this property.

Good stay, helpful hosts

We were a group of 10+ adults who stayed in the property for 3 days. We choose the property for the variety of sports options it offered (tennis, soccer, basketball, etc.) and the hosts were considerate enough to lend us a ping pong table as well. The location is close to several shops and restaurants and a 15 mins drive to the beach. The property is clean and well-maintained albeit with just the essentials of a vacation rental. For instance, the kitchen has enough utensils but the pantry could be stocked much better. The hosts were helpful with any requests we had, but the response speed could be much better. A good stay for our group.

One stop shop for fun and relaxation!

This rental was amazing! Everything matched up with the pictures. It’s a one stop shop for fun and relaxation. Everything was upgraded and clean cut, each closet had built in storage, they stocked essentials including toothbrushes & coffee filters, and the outdoor space was immaculate! The only thing that could have made this a more perfect rental, was for it to be on the beach. It is conveniently located by mall, grocery store and many other shops. the drive to collins ave did take about 30 minutes. My only suggestion is I think it would be good to have retractable shades or a different type of glass in the showers that have windows facing the backyard and the neighbor. that was a little awkward. of note: - one of the rooms with a single queen bed did not have a TV - bring your own loofa or washcloth. there were only bath towels and hand towels. - if you’re someone who needs to feel the weight of a blanket to fall asleep, bring your own, as the blankets provided are more of a lightweight microfiber. All in all, we were in awe of this rental and would book again.

Family Vacation

My family & myself had the most amazing time at this home hosted by Aaron with Glam homes… we were greeted by security upon check in who walked us through the entire house letting us know how to work everything and ensure us that we were in good hands!! My children loved the pool LOL they practically lived outside our entire trip… thank you so much for the hospitality and making us feel at home while on vacation ❤️

Close but misses.

This is a beautiful property that could be a great 5-star vacation with just a little help. The lack of those things makes it disappointing, particularly when it could be so great. I list the following g examples of the “misses”. There is a blender. When you go to use it, you find that there is no cap and the plastic base that holds the blade. There is no basket for the grinds in the coffee pot, rendering it unusable. There is no dish towel of any kind, making washing dishes or pans impossible. There are plenty of dishes and glasses, but many are so high in cabinets that they are unreachable. And, of course there are no stools. There are mirrors in the master bath, but a film in them that is so deep and can’t be cleaned off that you can’t see through the cloudiness. There is room for many and many bedrooms are en suites, but only 2 towels per bathroom. This, no extra towels to use for swimming. To the credit of the host, when we brought this to his attention, he brought additional towels. There is an extra pillow, but no pillow cases, also rendering that unusable. Also, there is a park n play, but again no sheets to use it. There are lounge chairs around the pool, but one of the four has the back broken, rendering that unusable. Finally, a security guard literally sat outside the house in a car for a half hour during our stay, creeping us out. She. We went to check on what was going on, rather than announcing himself, he sped off. To his credit, when we contacted the host he came back to inform us it was him watching us. This is all unfortunate because the house is beautiful and has some great amenities.

Gorgeous home!

This house its absolutely beautiful, well maintained, clean and spacious. There’s is so much to keep you family entertain with the pool, patio and the tennis court. Great location near Sunny Isle Beaches which are beautiful and less congested than South Miami Beach. House its also near many shops. Regards Mayra

The master bedroom didn’t have blackout curtain so couldn’t sleep later than 7:30 am. The BBQ was broken so we couldn’t enjoy the family Grill we planned for weeks. The overall experience was not what we paid for.
