Minutes away from all the Miami action with the comfort of a quiet neighborhood. This two-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex is conveniently situated between North & South Miami. Brand new and freshly designed - the perfect home base for visiting Miami!

The Space

This modern duplex home is a two-story Miami paradise. The bright greenery welcomes you through the front door of unit 1 - step into an inviting open-concept floor plan that effortlessly blends comfort and style. Sink into the plush grey sectional sofa (Converts to a sleeper sofa) in the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the HDTV. Just beyond, a tasteful dining table awaits, ready to accommodate up to 4 guests for memorable meals. The well-equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a convenient dishwasher and electric range, complemented by the three counter stools at the kitchen peninsula. Natural light creates a warm and inviting ambiance throughout your stay. Impact windows and doors featured throughout the home.

Before heading upstairs, a half-bathroom offers additional convenience. Venture upstairs to find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom, situated to the left of the hallway, welcomes you with a cozy queen-sized bed, an accompanying HDTV, and a convenient closet. Indulge in the luxury of a private en-suite bathroom, complete with a sleek frameless shower. This bedroom has access to a charming balcony that gracefully extends to the front of the home, offering a serene outdoor space for you to unwind and soak in the surroundings.

Down the hallway you'll discover the master bedroom, a true sanctuary of comfort. It welcomes you with a lavish king-sized bed, HDTV, futon, and a generously sized walk-in closet, ensuring ample space for your belongings. Unwind in your private haven as you pamper yourself in the en-suite bathroom, adorned with a modern frameless shower. The sliding doors in this bedroom also grant access to the balcony that extends to the front of the home.

A convenient washer & dryer sits between both bedrooms inside the hallway closet.

Step into the backyard (Shared between units 1 & 2) of this charming duplex, a lush refuge within a secure fence, inviting you to revel in tranquility.

Neighborhood Overview

This duplex is located in between North & South Miami, which means it's only a short drive away from all of Miami's best attractions! Escape the chaos in a quiet neighborhood without losing the benefits of being close to all the action. This duplex is only a short 15 minutes ride from the airport.

Head to Coral Gables (only a 25-minute drive) for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more. Check out Caja Caliente for delicious and unique Cuban tacos or go for brunch and try the guava pancakes. MKT Kitchen is another option if you're looking for more deli-style food: pastries, sandwiches, and family meals. If you want to spend the day in Coral Gables, make sure to check out the Shops at Merrick Park for sophisticated and high-end shopping, with excellent restaurants.

Only 20 minutes away is Calle Ocho in Little Havana, a thriving and lively cultural scene with bright murals, delicious and authentic Latin food, and Latin American art galleries.

This duple is also only 20 minutes away from the iconic South Pointe Beach, a beach at the southern tip of Miami Beach. Snap a few pictures of the gorgeous panoramic views and take in all the sights: the shoreline, the palm trees, and Port of Miami's cruise ships. You'll be less than half an hour away from South Beach, one of the top Miami attractions. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun, then spend the night on Lincoln Road!

As for other Miami destinations, this duplex is only 20-minute drive to Brickell and Coconut Grove. Stop by Brickell, Miami's financial district, for new and trendy restaurants and bars. Coconut Grove has a very different feel: eclectic, historical, "fun and funky". If you're in the area, Vizcaya Gardens is a beautiful and memorable spot to check out.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided.
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000.
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper, and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted on this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
