"Our overall experience was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great and it was a perfect location. The kitchen had everything we needed and we sat on the little porch, which was nice too. The only thing I would recommend is more shampoo and body soap. There was only one little bottle and it was only half full, and there was four of us. "Wonderful location that is steps away from the freedom trail, harbor walk, and lots of the best places to visit in Boston—although the house boat is so comfortable you just might find yourself sleeping in and chilling out in the fully air conditioned and sleep inducing interior while door dashing in some tasty local eats (via a 2 minute walk to the closest pickup point)."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Chester, the room was clean and decorated beautifully so it felt like a home rather than a hotel room. I’d highly recommend the restaurant right next door, Mida, but make a reservation. If you need quiet this isn’t the place for you as it’s near a busy intersection so there are frequent sirens and car noise but we got used to it and the positives definitely outweighed the negative! "
