"I stayed for 2 nights for a convention at the ICC in August 2025. The location was really convenient - just a 5 minute drive on the M4 and was excellent value. Free on site parking when I arrived. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Extra tea and coffee provided as soon as I asked etc. My room was small but had everything I needed and it was absolutely immaculate. I was very impressed overall and would definitely stay here again."

"As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. "

"Hotel bien ubicado al lado de la estación de trenes y a una cuadra de la avenida principal de Cardiff St. Mary's Street. Se puede ir caminando a los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías a unos pasos. Check in y Check out rápidos.
