Walls of glass showcase breathtaking views from the open-plan living space in the rear, enriched by a stunning cook’s kitchen, featuring an enormous island with seating for six, a full suite of Gaggenau appliances and Liebherr fridges, a hidden cocktail bar and an extensive butler’s pantry including a Liebherr wine fridge.

From here, the soaring ceilings elevate the living space, where a Philippe Cheminee wood heater is heightened by one-of-a-kind wood storage, crafted by the home’s architect Nicholas Murray.

Sliding glass doors create a seamless transition to the decked alfresco, providing an exceptional setting for alfresco dining beside the stunning infinity-edge Bisazza mosaic tiled and sweeping tree-top vistas.

Privately positioned, the master bedroom is a luxurious parent’s retreat, complete with a walk-through-robe with a built-in dressing table, and an opulent ensuite.

Three bedrooms (including a bunk room) are serviced by two additional bathrooms, whilst a guest suite features a private ensuite. Downstairs, enjoy the flexibility of a third living area and outdoor space, complete with an outdoor shower, perfect for when you get home from a long day at the beach. Full of modern comforts, including ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling, a solar heated pool, complete with in-floor cleaning.
