"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues:
1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift.
2) The water pressure of the shower...

"I am a well travelled hotel stayer, over 50 years of travelling under my belt and the Hilton in Melbourne was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, they facilitated an early check in and a late checkout to work around my flight timings. They let us use the lounge whilst we waited for our room, when we were jet lagged and slept all day, awake all night, they checked up on us to see if we needed anything.
