    Modern design with full galley style kitchen and luxurious large king beds, two spacious bathrooms, rain showers and vanities. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with the kitchen located between levels, so it’s perfect for two couples sharing. A third level features a cosy lounge room loft. Beautifully presented, comfortable lounge seating a coffee table and a second large screen smart television. Also a
    feature of this property is the beautiful infinity rooftop pool and a very well equipped gym, additional feature is a communal library with quiet workspace area to accommodate working from home with wifi. City tram at the doorstep and only steps to the fantastic shopping and entertainment precinct. Only 2.8 kilometres from Melbourne CBD all this with quality linen supplied, towels, soaps and shampoos.
    Secure property-with intercom and great restaurants at your doorstep. Unlimited wifi, Netflix plus more tv channels, Nespresso coffee. Perfect for two adults and two children, or two couples. Please note: my property has multiple interior stairs. This property prohibits smoking, including on balconies.

Fabulous place

Spotlessly clean apartment that has everything you would ever need. Very comfortable and homely. Great location near shops, public transports, and Marvel stadium. Host Susan extremely hospitable, kind and cannot be more helpful in making it a great stay. Look forward to staying again.

Impressed with stay in many ways

I loved dealing with these hosts, so genuine and caring. Responsive with any questions asked, clear easy instructions how to access the property. Stylish apartment, well furnished and equipped. Bars, restaurants and shops shops in walking distance if needed, tram stop directly outside apartment makes travelling into the CBD very easy.

Beautiful apartment, great location

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and shops. Plus there's a tram stop just out front. Susan was a great host and quickly answered all questions from even before we made the booking. Will definitely book again next time we're in Melbourne.

Very nice property. We thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse. The loft area was a nice place to gather in the evening. Great location! Close to restaurants and grocery store. The tram platform was in the free travel zone. Easy access to cbd fun. Washer/dryer was small and the fan to vent the dryer did not work.

AO tennis haven

We had a fantastic week here. It was so easy to get to the tennis. Tram 70 is right at the front door & Tram 86 made it a cinch to get around the city. It was always nice to get back to the coziness of the apartment, particularly the loft lounge. The shower was perfection after a big day out as was the bed.

Beautiful place amazing host

This apartment was in great location for the free trams as there is a stop right out front. The pool area is very nice with a 1.2m lap pool. The kitchen is a good size Having the loft was an amazing bonus and a great place to relax and enjoy a show on the large tv. Susan the host was amazing, great communication and happy to answer any questions.

Fantastic apartment great location

From the moment we booked, communication with Susan was quick and detailed. Amazing location because the tram stops right outside the apartment allowing easy access to the city and other major venues, including the MCG. The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and well presented. We would not hesitate to stay here again - thanks again Susan!

Genuinely fabulous apartment in a great area. Close to free tram route but out of the chaos of CBD. Apartment was clean, spacious and very nicely furnished. Photos don’t do it justice. Susan was lovely to deal with and very clear communication. Easy checkin process. Will gladly stay again.

"We had a fantastic stay at this modern tri-level apartment! The location is perfect, being close to the CBD via a free inner city tramline made getting around a breeze. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, with a cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Despite being centrally located, it's surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The host was also incredibly accommodating and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Docklands area!"
