Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges. Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00). Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.

🚨 Fire Alarm Policy – Important Notice from the Owners Corporation Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) has formally advised that any false fire alarm activation in the building will now result in a financial penalty of $1,000–$3,000. This fee is charged directly to the Owners Corporation, and after identifying the source of the alarm, the responsible apartment will be held fully liable for the cost.
