CAR PARKING: We don't have a space in the building, but the local carpark SecurePark has convenient parking that allows you exit/re-enter privileges. They set the prices. In our experience it has typically been $30-40/night depending on length of stay. If required, ask us for a quote/booking link once you've booked the apartment.
CHECK OUT: Check out is 11am, if you need a late checkout, ask us about our late checkout Options. Terms and Conditions/ House Rules: Our private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building. It was difficult to cook in the apartment for a family, frypan didn’t work on induction cooker so we went to the bbq but difficult with not enough utensils. When we ran out of towels there was going to be a cost, we had to supply more toilet paper too. Location was good but difficult to find to start with. Nice to have a pool for evenings but it was busy. Gym got used.

Great location for marvel stadium but lacking finer details
Excellent location to Marvel stadium and Spencer st station. Communication from owner was great. Bedroom good size. Nice views. But whole apartment needs a deep clean. Carpets stained and cupboards not neatly arranged. Oven not cleaned. Our main issue though was with the beds. One Queen, two singles and a sofa bed. All so uncomfortable that it affected our whole stay. Also when we asked for more towels we were told would be a $20 fee plus $2 per towel.
