The phone number associated with our account is strictly for emergencies and is answered by our property manager, who can assist with issues related to keys or apartment access. However, please message us first, as we are very responsive on the chat.

We take great care to ensure our property is impeccably cleaned before each guest's arrival to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout your stay. We kindly ask for your assistance in keeping the apartment tidy before your departure, such as disposing of your garbage. While we don't expect an extensive cleaning, leaving the apartment in a reasonably tidy state is greatly appreciated and assists our cleaning team in their duties.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm-10:00 pm.
Check-out is completed by 10:00 am.
Please note that if you confirm your booking on the same day as your arrival, there may be a slight delay with check-in, but we'll make every effort to ensure a prompt check-in experience for you.

During your stay, one set of keys will be provided. Any loss or damage to the keys or fob will incur a $200 charge. In the event that a locksmith is required due to keys being locked inside the apartment, the guest will be responsible for covering the locksmith fees.

Late check-outs may incur a fee due to additional costs imposed by our cleaning team for significant delays. Guests may be required to cover this fee if applicable.

Upon check-out, we kindly ask that you photograph the keys/fob returned to their designated location and send the photo via the VRBO chat for confirmation.

Please be aware that hosting parties or gatherings exceeding the maximum number of guests is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, and no refund will be issued. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and care for our home during your stay.
