LONG STAYS All stays 28+ nights must have at least one mid-stay cleaning service a month at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologise in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. To ensure your privacy during scheduled window cleaning, we kindly ask that blinds be drawn in areas where cleaners may be working outside.
