"We stayed for 8 days and were very comfortable in this warm, modern apartment. It had great views to the city and was well lit. It was in a fantastic location close to the city, markets, Albert Park and Aquatic Centre. The apartment was well appointed and the new kitchen and laundry facilities were very useful. Under-cover, off street car parking was a bonus. I would recommend."

"Easy place to get to and easy to all parts of the city . Accomodation whilst seemingly new had very few “extras” . It was a cool night and there were 4 of us , but only 2 blankets . No extra pillows ( 1 per person) and no additional towels if you wanted to wash your hair . Might be nice if owners would stay in the property for 3 nights and find those little “ extras” themselves . There was a bowl of coffee and sugar but no tea ( and we went searching ) but we only found them in a high cupboard...

"Excellent location, very close to supermarket, drycleaners, pharmacy & Lygon St. Public transport nearby. Quiet situation, beds & pillows very comfortable. For longer stays a tumble dryer would have been useful to allow laundering of linen & towels. A thoroughly enjoyable 2 week autumn break in a great part of Melbourne."

"Es de los hoteles que menos ruido hay en las habitaciones. A penas se oye ruido externo ni de la calle ni de los pasillos. Ofrecen posibilidad de compensar la limpieza diaria por vales para usar en el bar del propio hotel."

"The apartment was spacious and very nice. Great views. Shower nice pressure and bed comfortable. Unfortunately there is a lit of train noise, screeching metal on metal which would be heard most places in CBD without double glazed windows. Also TV very glitchy and movie kept stopping/buffering and losing lip sync. Not ideal for a few nays but overnight stay was fine"
