Enter the home via a gorgeous wrought iron gate with a large converted lounge/games room on the left (with a fold-out sofa bed), television, dining table. The master bedroom is off to the right, followed by separate dining on the left, a loungeroom with an open fireplace to the right, followed by the kitchen, and an open-plan dining and lounge. Three further bedrooms (ceiling fans to be installed) a family bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry in the rear of the house. There is a reverse cycle in the main open plan living area and large screen television.

A 6 minute (brisk walk) to Tyrone Beach and a short drive to Blairgowrie and Sorrento Village shops.
