The apartment is conveniently located on the 3rd level and is fully accessible via the building's elevator.

（Note: While the elevator is fully operational and safe to use, please be aware that the main cabin lights are still being repaired, and the backup emergency lighting is currently in use.）

Parking Disclaimer: Only vehicles under 4800mm in length and 1800mm in height are permitted to use the mechanical parking system. Do not attempt to park if your vehicle exceeds these limits. Upon booking, please read through the parking instructions and comply with the request. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused by failure to follow the stated instructions. Any such damage - including vehicle repair, towing, or related costs - will be entirely your responsibility.

Our apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (2 queen). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!



・Check-in time:

The key collection store operate time is Mon-Sun 8am-10pm, please noted that you will need to check-in and check-out within this time frame.



・Last minute same day booking:



There might be delayed check in if you book same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.



・Early Check-in & Late Checkout:

To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.



・Parking notes:

Car Lift Dimension Restrictions: Parking uses a car lift system with dimension limits: max height 1.8m, length 4m. Large SUVs won't fit.
