*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.
2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.

4. Lost and found property We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.

This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements.
