ℹ️ Honest notes
⭑ Your free car space is one standard bay in the building with a 2.1 m height clearance — not a mechanical stacker. Cars, wagons, SUVs and utes fit comfortably; tall vans, and anything carrying a roof box or roof rack that pushes past 2.1 m, will not. One space per booking.
⭑ Self check-in. Keys are collected from a store a 3-minute walk away, open 9am to 6pm daily including weekends and public holidays, with a secure lockbox outside for arrivals after hours.
⭑ Building entry is by tap card, and the readers like a firm, steady hold — leave the card on until the light turns green, then press your level. It takes one go to learn.
⭑ On a high floor you will occasionally hear airflow in windy weather. It is normal in Melbourne`s tall towers, and earplugs are provided for light sleepers.
⭑ A quiet residential building — no parties or events. A discreet Minut device monitors sound levels only, with no audio and no video recorded.
⭑ Serviced accommodation rather than a hotel. Starter kitchen essentials and toiletries are provided on arrival for you to top up as you like; there are no daily refills. A mid-stay refresh clean can be arranged for longer stays at additional cost.
⭑ The apartment and balcony are smoke and vape-free, and the apartment is pet-free (assistance animals welcome, as the law provides). Shoes off indoors, please.

Self check-in.
Keys are collected from a store about a 3-minute walk away, open 9am to 6pm every day including weekends and public holidays. Outside those hours there is a secure lockbox at the same spot, so a late arrival is never a problem. Full instructions, photos and a map arrive before you travel.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out depend on the day`s schedule and need to be arranged in advance; a confirmed extension is $60 per hour.
You will collect one building card for the entrance and lifts, one apartment key and one car park card. A second set of keys is waiting inside the apartment.

Parking — included free.
One car space comes with your booking at no extra cost, in the building, with the entrance on Lonsdale Street. It is a standard bay rather than a mechanical stacker, with a 2.1 m height clearance, and it is opened with a car park card that comes with your keys.
You can come and go as often as you like. One space is included per booking; there are paid car parks nearby if you are travelling with a second vehicle.
We send the full directions and photos once you have booked, so there is nothing to memorise now.

Building facilities.
Two pools and two gyms across the complex — one pair on Level 5, another on Level 2 of the tower next door — plus the Garden Roof on Level 6 with seating and BBQ areas. All open 6am to 11pm, and all reached with your building card. Hours and maintenance are set by the building.

One thing worth knowing.
The building has its own reception and concierge team. They look after the building and are not connected to our apartment or to us — so for anything to do with your stay, message us directly and we will take care of it.

We are Nat and Mat, and this is our apartment rather than a managed unit in someone`s portfolio — we live in Melbourne, we look after it ourselves, and we genuinely like hearing how a stay went.
You will hear from us before you arrive with everything you need, and we are reachable throughout your stay by message. We reply quickly, in English or Spanish, and we would always rather you asked than wondered.

You are in the western corner of the Melbourne CBD, on Rose Lane between Spencer and Lonsdale Streets — inside the Free Tram Zone, a few minutes from Southern Cross Station, and right on the seam where the city meets Docklands. Supermarkets, cafés and convenience stores sit within a couple of minutes` walk, and the whole of the CBD is reachable without ever paying a fare.

Quiet residential building —Strictly no parties or events: any party may result in the stay being ended without refund and may incur additional charges.

Smoke & vape-free apartment - Detectors are sensitive and deodorising is costly, so breaches incur penalties and deep cleaning fees. Please step outside the building to smoke or vape.
