Ideal for families and work colleagues! Stay in our centrally located 6 bedroom 5 bathroom first floor modern warehouse conversion apartment. Directly across the road from the Victoria Markets you are centrally located with easy access to public transport so no need for a car. You can easily explore cultural landmarks, visit museums and galleries, or catch a live performance at one of the city's renowned theaters.


Start your day grab a coffee and any one of the local cafe’s just steps from your door. Then jump on the tram and head to the National Gallery Of Victoria to see the latest exhibition followed by lunch at an iconic Melbourne restaurant like Movida.
Spend the afternoon walking along the Yarra or stay warm and explore what the ACMI has to offer before heading to the Eureka Skydeck for stunning views of Melbourne from the 88th floor of the Eureka Tower. Brave the Edge Experience for a thrilling glass-bottomed observation deck.

As you step out of the door, you'll find yourself in the heart of the Victoria Markets, one of Melbourne's oldest and most beloved landmarks. The bustling market is a treasure trove of sights, sounds, and flavors. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by the vibrant colors and delightful aromas of fresh produce, spices, and gourmet foods.
Grab a fresh loaf of bread and some cheeses and have a picnic in the Flagstaff gardens

THINGS TO NOTE:
ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay.

PARKING: There is no onsite parking. There is paid time limited parking across the road at the markets.

INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly.

NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit of $800 may be taken as an authorisation hold 2 days prior to check out and released no more than 7 days later. Some or all of the security deposit may be captured if there has been negligent behaviour or intentional damage to the property.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. BYO beach towels.

LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.

MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don't have to worry - see house rules for the details.

PETS: No pets allowed on the property.

SECURITY CAMERA: Please be aware that there is a security camera inside the front door facing towards to the front door and out to the laneway.
HOUSE RULES:
We are Superhosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and create beautiful memories. For us to do so, we appreciate if you can follow the house rules.

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed in the premises.

PETS: Sorry, not pets allowed at the property.

PARTIES: We have a no party policy at the property, however we understand that families and friends will be gathering to celebrate events, share food and have a few drinks together. Please just respect the home and the neighbours by keeping noise low and taking care of the property as if it was your own.


- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.

- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.

- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.

-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.

- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.

- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the property.

- Excessive use of utilities such as water, electricity, and WIFI may result in additional charges.

- Where a porta cot is provided, this is used at the guests own risk. The owner and hosts do not accept any liability should anything occur during its use.

- Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.

- No illegal activity or running a business from the premises.

This place was the perfect location for us. We were a family of seven - of various ages so there was something to suit everyone's interest, Having the market across the road solved all the meal problems.The apartment was great having 6 bedroom (4 on suite) and bathroom for for the two other bedrooms solved all our problems while getting ready to attend a wedding. The apartment has everything that you could need. The beds were really comfortable. The wi-fi was excellent. Would highly recommend this apartment .

Great property, lots of bathrooms/showers no waiting for a shower with group. Awesome location. parking we used Queen vic undercover 5 odd minutes walk 15 overnight. Like any inner city accommodation bit of traffic noise.Would stay again.Thanks for having us!

I would love to give a list of negatives in the hopes that this place would be available next time we have a group of friends come down but really can’t think of any! We had 6 couples stay very comfortably. The bathrooms were on the smaller side but did not bother us at all as it was handy not having to wait to use a bathroom or toilet. Great location. Meredith was very accommodating. Most importantly the place was very clean and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!
