Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.
An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts Center, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River, etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.
Perched high up on the 18th floor, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment has a personal spa in the ensuite bathroom.
Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. The apartment can sleep up to 8, with 2 guests on comfortable single-size fold-up beds. Bookings over 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person for the use of each fold-up bed.
The price quoted is based upon 6 guests. The apartment is not suitable for children.
Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 1.95m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs, etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
Large gatherings, events, and parties are prohibited and may result in eviction and loss of security bond. Any such events must be approved by the property manager at the time of reservation request.

Amazing apartment and views
Would highly recommend staying at this apartment. Provides everything you need and a great location, close to everything. The only negative us the lounge slopes on one side and can become a little uncomfortable to get up for some people. Otherwise i cannot fault the apartment and Tony met us and took us to the apartment going through everything at the start.

3 bedroom apartment Southbank
Overall impression is that this apartment is worn and nowhere near as good as we expected. The apartment has two AC units when we checked in one was not working and displayed faulty the first night was very hot and uncomfortable in two of the bedrooms. The owner brought AC repair man the next day the filters were choked with so much dirt. We paid a high rate for this apartment for four nights expecting this apartment to top quality and it absolutely is not. We would never stay in the apartment again it is old and worn the furniture is worn and damaged in future we plan to use hotels that we can trust

Modern apartment in fabulous location — a winner!
Great penthouse apartment in a fabulous location. Just walk over the bridge and you are at Flinders Station in the Central Business District. The Skydeck is practically across the street and is worth doing for a spectacular view of the city. The National Gallery is also very close by, as is Federation Square.
Tony was an excellent host, and provided ideas of what to see in the city. The apartment was clean and modern, and made for a great base to tour Melbourne. There is an IGA express just down the street, as well as a 7-11 for grabbing myki cards and snacks .
Tony recommended going to Arbory which is a floating barge restaurant/bar just across the bridge — a fun start to our trip. Other things we did, close by:
Tour of Melbourne Cricket Grounds and National Sports museum
Melbourne Gaol
Eureka skydeck and the edge experience
HuTong dumplings
Laneways and street art
Moving Images center and cinema
St Kilda’s and fairy penguins
Dandenong mountains
Didn’t make it to Brunswick street but wish we had!
Definitely would recommend this apartment as a place to base yourself to see Melbourne.

Fantastic location for couples to see Melbourne
This property is perfect for two couples or a family to see Melbourne whether they are coming for sports, culture or just to see Melbourne. It is a fantastic location right on the Southbank Promenade where there are numerous bars and restaurants. You are just a short stroll to the Crown Entertainment complex. Melbourne's CBD and laneways are 10 minutes just across the river. The botanical gardens are a short walk and tram to St Kilda is right next to apartment. The apartment itself is clean, modern and very well equipped. If you are renting a car and going down the Great Ocean Road or out to the Mornington Peninsula the secure parking and extremely easy access to the M1 freeway make the location an excellent choice. Tony was very helpful with advice on Melbourne and the check-in process and communication was excellent.

Superb property, great location, extremely helpful and responsive host.
We just had a wonderful stay in this very special property. Accommodated 7 senior ladies very well with single king size beds. Perfectly located in Southbank, secure and well presented and the owner a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.
