The lifts on the left of the lobby access the high rise portion of the building, while the lifts on the right access the lower levels. The apartment is located on the 30th floor and is only accessible using lifts 2, 3 and 4 on the left.

Amenities are accessed through the first lift on the left in the lobby. Refer to the signs for pool, spa, sauna and gym location.

Long stays:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and full clean for $250. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property, keeping it pristine roughout your stay.

We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges will be issued for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Lost keys will result in a fine of $250.

Evidence of smoking within the premises will result in a fine of $500.
We are thrilled to have you as our esteemed guest. To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules:

1. Respect the property. Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.

2. No smoking indoors - a fine of $200 is applicable plus the cost to clean, deodorise, and repair damages.

3. Ensure minimal noise within the property and common areas from 11pm to 7am.

4. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the accommodation. Overcrowding is not permitted.

5. No parties or events.

6. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and using the provided trash bins.

7. Keys & Key Responsibility: One set of keys is provided as standard. A second set may be available upon request, subject to availability, and requires a $250 refundable security deposit.

Please keep all keys secure at all times. Lost or unreturned keys, key fobs, or access devices will incur a $300 replacement fee due to the building`s security system requirements.

8. After-Hours Call-Out Fee: A $150 call-out fee applies to any non-emergency maintenance attendance requested after 5:00 PM. This fee covers the cost of dispatching a field manager or contractor outside of standard business hours.
