Hugely Disappointing

Carpet needs replacing, not enough cutlery, dirty crockery left in cupboard, old scratched teflon pans, shabby bedlinen, shower doesn't work, mismatched chairs, wobbly table, dirty walls, broken cupboards, old mirrors, worn and broken blinds, filth couch, mark on coffee table, way too many texts, emails, hairdryer so old it is sticky to touch (EEEEW!!), whatsapp communications to give us time to even enjoy ourselves - cut it out!!! Communicate with your concierge. We left a day early as home is WAY NICER!!

Disappointed

The Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but the carpets were filthy with stains and the furniture was not what was depicted in the photo. There was 1 white chair, 4 black ones and a desk chair on wheels, around the kitchen table.Check-in was messy. When I arrived after 3 (3:15pm) to pick up the key and garage swipe (as I had paid for a car spot) they weren't there. The concierge called the owner and she came in 10mins and gave me the key. The concierge said that the key and swipe card could be used for the car park as well. On finding the car park the swipe card wouldn't work. I contacted the owner on the messenging app and she said that I would have to park and go up to the room to get the car park swipe. On parking 3 blocks away and walking in the heat, I finally got the key from the room only to have that one not work when we drove back to the car park. I contacted the owner and she said to find a security guard to let us in but there was no one around. I explained that and she asked me to send her a photo of the 2 keys we had, which I did but I never heard back from her about what to do, so we ended up parking in the Southern Cross car park for the night, which cost us 72.After asking for compensation for the parking I was told that I had sent them too late (I sent them immediately on request) and there was nothing they could do.Overall, I won't be recommending thiaccommodation to any of my friends.

We spent a week here and it was well equipped. Cooked our own meals several nights and had easy access to supermarkets and parking.

REASONABLE

THE LOCATION AND NEARBY FACILITIES WERE VERY GOOD. THE UNIT WAS GENERALLY CLEAN BUT THE TWO RUGS IN THE LOUNGE ROOM WERE BADLY WORN AND NEED REPLACEMENT. THE LOUNGE CARPET ALSO NEEDS STEAM CLEANING.

Great place

The apartment was just as described. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was there. It’s located really close to all manner of public transport and made it really easy to get around Melbourne.

*** WARNING DO NOT BOOK *** - Carpet has stains everywhere and is sticky - Pillows and quilts stains - Cushions and couch stains - Pubic hair and hair everywhere - Broken full sized fridge just left in the living room - Dirty wet towel left on floor in bathroom - No rubbish bin (had to make our own) - Dirty cutlery and plates - Fridge and freezer full of food - Terrible administration staff and no regard for tenants and no intention of fixing any of the issues
