No pets are allowed in the property. No smoking is allowed in the property at any times. If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

Other rules for the common area: - Pets are not permitted within the common areas Alcohol is not permitted within the common areas No guest other than the booked guests allowed into the building facilities.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.
Important:
Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices. We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously. If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund. In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
