"This apartment is in an old building in Highland Falls, on the third floor you reach via a narrow, steep staircase. The apartment itself, although as old as the building, is furnished with contemporary furniture, a modern kitchen and bathroom, new sheets and pillows, and is extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay there."

"This was billed as a cozy cottage on 8 acres. The photo showed a view of the lawn from the patio, which suggested it was on the first floor. "Leisa was immediately responsive when we asked a question pre-booking, and granted a late check-out so we could attend a family event. "The apartment was as described in the listing. The bed was very comfortable, great water pressure, had nice touches like coffee and a desk that I could work from. Poughkeepsie can have some rough areas but I never felt unsafe at this location as a woman traveling alone. There is a dedicated parking spot. "We were in town for a wedding at the Garrison and this was a perfect location as it was just a short drive away. "We came up from Brooklyn to see the hot air balloons with my parents and it was just what we needed. Our Host Glen is very gracious and helpful! We loved staying at the Farm.
