We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. Very accommodating for dogs, the place was clean, bathroom was great, fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive to our pre-booking questions. The location was quiet and about 15 to 20 minutes from the town of Beacon and Heritage Financial Park stadium.

Our stay was wonderful! The property is truly “cozy,” just as the listing describes. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The pellet stove was a perfect touch—it made the space feel warm and inviting throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Highly recommend!

Cute and cozy, very clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. Very nice and friendly host and were very helpful in suggesting places to eat etc.This was also a good location to stay whether you are planning to explore the mountains or hit well known towns in the Hudson River Valley for shops, food and lots of Vintage. Cozy, Pet-Friendly Getaway

I had a very positive experience staying here! The space is super charming—almost cottage-like—and just the right size for one to two people and a pet. It was peaceful and comfortable, with everything I needed, and I really appreciated how pet friendly it was. The location is also conveniently close to local amenities. I’d definitely recommend it for a solo retreat or quiet escape.

Super cozy spot for two!

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!

Just what we needed

We were in town for the state high school soccer championships over the weekend and needed a pet friendly place to stay. This place was just right and had everything we needed. It was very cozy and very private. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Pleasant Stay in Newburgh

We had a very nice stay at this property. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed for our weeklong stay in Newburgh.

Just the Right Size

Welcomed respite

We truly enjoyed the clean, comfortable , well appointed room. There was everything we needed and more. There was a bulletin board with area eateries, places to visit and recreational experiences. One could see how the owners took pride in this place. We will be back !
