This home is also convenient to a number of popular attractions including several local parks for walks, picnics, and other outdoor activities, the Rookery at Marco, the Naples Botanical Garden, and Manatee Sightseeing and Wildlife Adventures, all less than 20 miles from your door.

Back home, take in a swim out in the lanai or fire up your gas grill while boats pass by on the waterway. You'll also find a canal side seating area ideal for evening cocktails. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head inside to enjoy a snack in the open-concept, island kitchen complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable and streaming-capable TVs stand ready for movie nights.

For sleeping options, choose from four bedrooms, two of which include en suite bathrooms.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Three days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $32 USD per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.




Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has an active doorbell camera which is able to record video and audio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
