• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

• Collecting the apartment keys (2 complete copies as per standard, with 1 parking card/remote).
• No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the property.
• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence.
• Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. From 9pm onwards: €25 (Late check-in is required to be paid in cash)
• Baby Cot & High chair: 10€ extra per day.
Parking space: 10€ extra per day.

✧ PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES ✧

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the property: € 300
• The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Great apartment, fab location

Everything was as described in the listing with great customer service from the letting agent. Although security was good for the complex/block, a safe would have provided some extra reassurance for valuables and passports etc.
