The staff was dismissive and patronizing. I was quoted a price for a car service to the airport weeks before we arrived. I tried to schedule it 48 hrs ahead of time and was blown off and told to take a taxi. They said they had no idea what it cost — which was the point of taking a car service with a set price. The day before departure I practically had to beg them to schedule the car service. It took 4 phone calls. The resort is decent but it does not warrant their elite attitude and sub-standard service. I had to request our room be cleaned after waiting 4 hrs. Even the rooftop bar attendant acted like it was an imposition to order a drink. They try to do everything via their website and they don’t provide any of the normal hotel property info in writing. Also the wifi service is lousy. I would not stay there again.
