"Stayed here for a week with the the whole family (two kids under 10 and five adults). The house was exactly what we expected and great for our trip. We especially loved the location just down the street from the beach and sound. We made most of our own meals while staying, utilizing both the kitchen and the Blackstone (though my husband notes the attached side pieces on the grill get hot so he needed a side table for plates). "Very nice place on a quiet street not far from anything you would like to do very reasonably priced I would definitely stay here anytime I come back I would also tell everybody I know this is the place to stay "

"Arrived for the visit on a motorcycle on a misty day a couple hours early while waiting for my family to check the location. The homeowner was there finishing the clean and she allowed me to park my bike in the carport and have the property early.property has a nice sitting both inside and out. Only downside to the property is that the bedrooms do not have access directly to common area. back bedroom access is either through front bedroom or bath."

"Overall we had a great stay. The house is older and has weathered some storms but is fairly nice and served us well. Be prepared for lots of steps, which I'm sure is the case in any large beach house. We had 2 toddlers under 2 so it was a challenge to keep them off the steps. The gate from the top deck to the outside stairs desperately need to be replaced and some of the older deck furniture needs to be replaced but overall things were in pretty good shape. "Wonderful beach charm cottage. Very relaxing. Well stocked. Nice TP and Paper towels provided along with dish soap, a new kitchen sponge. Shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner were supplied too. The location is VG. Pride of ownership shows. A little tough on doggie paws due to sand burrs, and thorns in nearby growing vines. But, that’s the nature of beach vegetation."

"My friends and I rented Jen and Joe’s lovely home for one night and it was such a wonderful experience. The house is easy to find, easy to check in and the hosts are incredibly responsive and kind. When you walk in the home smells clean and is tastefully decorated. We used their well stocked kitchen to cook dinner and enjoyed coffee on the screened in deck. Their king sized bed was so soft and comfortable. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely book with Jen and Joe again. "

"We immediately noticed how clean and fresh the home was. Everything was so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, and we appreciated that so many items were provided which helped us not to buy one off things and feel more at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
