Cozy Balcony Suite by Shore Staycations

Our accommodation "Shore Staycations" is not a hotel, rather these are only privately-owned rooms.

Our rooms are located inside the "Shore Residences" condominium, but we operate separately and independently.

Our accommodation can provide free room cleaning services and restocking of freebies once every 4 nights of stay.

The swimming pool entrance fee at our condominium is P150/ head per day during non-holidays and P300/ head per day during holidays. Please tell us if you would like to avail of the pool coupon/s and we will prepare them for you.

For guests who are expecting visitor/s during their stay, please let us know in advance as we will be personally registering your visitor/s at the lobby's front desk. Moreover, each visitor is required to deposit one original ID at the lobby's front desk during their whole stay.

Since our accommodation is located inside a public condominium, there will be instances where maintenance work will be performed by the building and other room owners during the daytime. Although not often, loud noise, closure of public amenities and temporary disruption of electricity are just some examples.

The condominium's public front desk and security guards do not work for us; they are only there to monitor the entry and exit of all guests as well as to keep the place safe and secure for everyone. Occasionally they will make random security checks; whenever that happens, kindly present them the "Temporary Visitor Pass" or "Guest Authorization Form" that we will be giving you.
