The Space:

This stunning loft conversion boasts high ceilings, original wood beams and a skylight that floods the apartment with natural light. It is spacious, full of character and a pleasure to spend time in.



The Northern Quarter is Manchester's most vibrant and exciting neighbourhood, a bohemian blend of independent restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Head to Affleck's Palace, explore the street art around Stevenson Square or visit the Manchester Craft and Design Centre. You are right in the heart of it.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect in a family home, so cooking is a breeze. There are two bedrooms with double beds plus a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.



Relax in the open plan living space with a Smart TV, Netflix, Xbox, retro SNES console, Alexa and superfast fibre broadband. Whether you are working remotely, gaming or unwinding after a day exploring, you will feel right at home.

Shudehill Interchange is just a short walk from the property, offering Metrolink tram connections across Greater Manchester including MediaCityUK, the Trafford Centre and Manchester Airport. Bus services also run from Shudehill to destinations across the city.



The property is incredibly easy to reach by public transport from anywhere in the UK, with two major stations within walking distance.
