The Space:
My apartment is situated in the centre of Castlefield, a water-side district in Manchester City Centre.

Enjoy peaceful nights on the balcony whilst taking in the views of Manchester's Skyline.

The apartment is furnished to a luxurious high standard throughout, offering 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, utility room and balcony.

- Plug sockets (with international USB charging points)

There is plenty of storage space so ideal for living, should anyone wish to stay for a longer period of time (Please contact me if you are looking for an extended stay and a discount can be made).

The accommodation itself is very modern and bright. The living room has a cosy corner sofa (which pulls out into a double bed if you wish to bring a group of 5 or 6) and there is a breakfast bar with high bar stools.

There is an outside balcony, furnished with dining table and chairs.

There is wi-fi connection throughout. Password given on arrival.

Finally, this is not a party flat. This is my home, and whilst the hustle and bustle of the city centre is just a short walk away, the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10pm. Guests with low or bad ratings will not be accepted.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

In Castlefield alone, regarded as the trendiest part of town - there is an abundance of great bars restaurants and bars, museums, canal-side attractions, theatres... The list goes on... There is an on-site gym just 100m from my apartment which has a pool, sauna, steam room, badminton and group classes every day. (This is not included in the price and you will have to pay extra to use this)

Getting Around:
Deangate/Castlefield station is a 5-10 minute walk from my apartment. There they have the inter-city tram stop to get all around the city and also a national station if you wish to leave Manchester to visit another City.

- Science and Industry Museum = 2 minutes walk

- Old Trafford = 2 stops away on the metro

- Etihad Stadium = 11 minutes taxi ride (£5-£8 uber) / or 6 stops on the metro

- Trafford centre shopping mall = 15 minutes taxi ride (£7-£11 uber) / or 9 stops on the bus

- Manchester Arena = 10 minutes taxi ride (£4-£6 uber)

Too small for 6 people!

We were a group of 5. I thought the flat would accommodate 6. It was way too small for 5 so one person in our group had to stay at a hotel adding significant cost! The flat was very small even for 4 people. The kitchen was ill equipped and the microwave nonfunctional. We couldn’t cook a meal or even warm up our leftover curries. Not enough places to sit to eat or have a coffee. With only the two barstools at the counter and one of them very uncomfortable with a broken footrest. Very misleading description of the flat and capacity.

Great place to stay in Manchester

The flat is very well placed in the city centre. Overall excellent quality except for a few minor items that lacked proper maintenance, we informed the manager, let's hope it will be fixed for the next guests.

The property was an instant disappointment. The smell of tobacco/weed as we ealked through tge door was not a good start. Luxury is nit a word i would use in any description of this flat. It wasnt clean, it was dusty, there were cigarette ends all over the balcony, the window blind mechanism was broken, the sofa bed shabby and with a broken metal leg and the bed in the bedroom with the en suite also had a broken divan base. Some of these issues we could see in previous reviews had reportedly been fixed but clearly this was not the case! All in all a very disappointing experience. The flat is not what you see in the photographs and is not whats the details advertise.
