"The property was smaller than expected from the pictures but not completely misleading. Getting to the property was challenging. The reviews say this is a small village so we expected quiet. This place is so crowded and had a party atmosphere that our family decided to only stay one night and head back to Rome on the 5am train forfeiting our last three nights.Cinque Terre is absolutely beautiful but be prepared to share it with thousands of other tourists."

"I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! "

"Jack's Tale is an absolutely lovely place to stay. The host had the apartment well stocked and with nice bedding and towels. It was updated with quality items, not an IKEA make over of things falling apart. Communication was really good and we felt the host could be relied on if something came up. The location is the BEST! I would stay here again and again!"
