"The apartment is very well located, the house is what you can see in the pictures, the kitchen has everything you need. There are only some lamps but it has a lot of natural light. The owner checked quickly the mail, it was easy the arrival time, but I was not allowed to store the bags the last day to pick them up later. "My family of 5 adults stayed there for 4 nights while celebrating a wedding near by. The area was great, there are 2 metro stations 8/9 within a couple of blocks or less. Great dining options near by. The 3rd is the place, close enough to all the attractions by far enough to feel like you are part of the everyday life in Paris.
