The communication with the staff was superb. They always try to help as fast as they could. The apart meant itself was renovated with a new bathroom. There were two well sized bedrooms and a pullout sleeping couch in the living room. The laundry dishwasher and the toilets are well stocked with excellent supplies. All in all were good for sleeping for a family of five. Had a lot of difficulty with the AC units which were difficult to operate. They were individual units located in each room and there were three of them. One of the units in the main living room was not functional. We also had to restart the router for the WiFi in the room which apparently also controlled the front door access code. This needed to be reset tot function. The laundry machine was adequate, but the dryer function was not great. There were no instructions and it required contacting the host. We anre used to smaller European one unit machines but Even then, Clothes needed to be hung to dry or to operate the dry function several times in sequence. All in all it’s a great room for the location. This is what this reservation is ideal for. The older building was a big drawback. The neighbor below us came up to alert us that the floors were very thin and they could hear us down below. It was hard to control with three children. And reinforced the idea that this was a much older building in the marais.
