  • Apartamento excepcional en un estilo de granja elegante de 93 m2 con tres dormitorios, tres baños, en el primer piso de un edificio burgués, techos altos: El apartamento consta de:







    • Gran salón con dos sofás, uno es sofá cama para 1 persona, un sillón, una televisión de alta definición, un DVD, una estación de Ipod, una conexión a internet wifi. Mesa de centro, alfombra, buffet, elegante decoración. Una ventana a la calle.  


    • Gran cocina moderna y cerrada con nevera, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, cafetera, tetera, tostadora y todo lo que necesita para cocinar y comer. Varios almacenamientos. Mesa grande Ventana a la calle.  


    • Dormitorio principal con una cama de 160 cm x 200 cm, mesita de noche, cómoda y amplio vestidor. TV. Ventana al patio.


    • Cuarto de baño, contiguo al dormitorio principal, con bañera, ducha y lavabo doble y secador de pelo. WC.

My family had a fantastic stay in Paris at what I would describe more as a modern, spacious apartment rather than a "cottage". The location within the lively Marais district was perfect, within easy walking distance to the Seine/Notre Dame, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafes. The hosts were very supportive and available, and the check in/check out process made very easy. The apartment was large, impeccably clean, with three full bedrooms and bathrooms, and plenty of space for my family to relax, with a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Despite the location, there was no audible noise from the street or surrounding occupants. I would definitely stay here again would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment to friends or family.

Perfect spot in the middle of a fun neighborhood. So fun to emerge from the quiet comfort of the apartment to the bustling street outside. Will be back!

Lovely accommodation in perfect location! We booked this property for a family visit to Paris with our daughter and husband and three granddaughters. It was well appointed and roomy with great restaurants nearby and within walking distance of many great Paris sites,

Paris Perfection

Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a wonderful place to come back to at the end of a day exploring Paris. My two adult sons were thrilled with the location and its easy access to excellent restaurants, markets and boulangeries! This apartment made for one our top favorite family vacations.

Perfect for our family with young adults! 3 bedrooms and three baths gave us all the space and privacy we needed. We also enjoyed the large living room and kitchen. The neighborhood is great with every convenience you could need within blocks. We loved it and highly recommend this property.

The apartment was perfect for our group of two families, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teens. Main bedroom is huge, with a large hallway leading to a spacious bathroom. Location was central to so many great restaurants, museums and shops that we could have spent the whole trip within a 15-minute walk of the apt. Would 100% book again.

Great location, service, and accommodations

With a central location in Le Marais close to great restaurants, markets, and transportation, this property is well managed and accommodated our family of four (two adults and two teens) perfectly. We especially appreciated the good and reliable WIFI, the direct contact with responsive management, and the multiple fans.

All-around a super rental. Really nice layout (balance of private and common space), clean and bright, great bathrooms, comfy beds. Loved the location - and relaxing in the hot tub after busy days. Others have mentioned the rocky path to the house - was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of for those who may have more difficulty walking/carrying luggage on uneven surfaces. Will definitely be back!

The property is even bigger than it looks in the photos. The location was convenient to shopping, dining, cafes and bars. Only one flight of stairs to bring luggage up. I would stay here again!

Paris experience

Our experience with this property was very pleasant from booking to departure. Our questions via email were answered promptly. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for our four adults and two teenagers. We were especially pleased with the location! We would book this property again.

Lovely Apartment in the Perfect Parisian Neighborhood

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The hosts were lovely, responsive, and helpful. They accommodated us with an early check-in, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place was very clean and secure, and plenty of space for all 5 of us. We highly recommend this stay. It’s right next to a vibrant street with everything you could want and need, located between multiple metro lines, and surrounded by a lovely, quiet courtyard.

Paris Vacation

We loved everything about our stay at this apartment. The managers were so helpful at all times. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to so many places. It was simple to get taxis and Ubers also. The place was spotless and so warm. There were delicious bakeries and restaurants right around the corner. We hope to get back someday!
