"We had a most splendid time at Djorff Palace. From the minute we arrived with the hotel’s river boat, we felt transported back in time. To a time where the dull uniformity of big corporate hotels did not exist. The architecture of the hotel is most elegant and the rooms are authentic and warm with their squeaky wooden floor, domed ceilings and the intricate wooden carvings on the balcony door and the windows. "Staff and security were very welcoming.Check in was quick and very informative about activities and all the amenities they offer.Room was very comfortable with a mini fridge which allowed us to stay in and eat in after being outside in the Luxor heat.Swimming pool was so relaxing with nice view of Nile river and mountains in distance.Continental breakfast with fresh pastries,omelettes,and fruit was the perfect start to the day.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.Also very close to...

"Fantastisches Hotel - eine Oase mitten in Luxor Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und werden such das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - super Restaurants im Hotel aber auch in direkter Umgebung an der Corniche. Die Bar im Hotel und die Bar draußen oberhalb der Corniche sind traumhaft schön. Unsere Zimmer gingen nach hinten zum Garten raus und waren schön ruhig und riesig. "

The hotel is tiktok and instagram friendly so good for making travel content if that's what you are after. Hotel staff was friendly and helped me arrange my trip to banana island and the hotel airballoon ride. Staff was always down to help whenever needed and would highly recommend this hotel if its fits your budget. "

"This was a magnificent hotel. Tucked out of the way in the quiet rural part of the West Bank. The staff were super sweet and attentive and nothing was too much to ask. The room was gorgeous with heaps of character, you felt every bit of furniture had a story to tell. The food was the best we ate on our 2 week trip of Egypt, high quality and classy yet not ridiculously expensive. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "
