This is our second time staying here. Home is fantastic. Love the amenities and extras they have. Super comfortable home that is perfect for kids. Our kids love the large fenced in backyard. Works perfectly for our family. Home is only a few blocks from our family in Lubbock so we can walk to their home. Also the elementary school isn’t too far for the playground as well as Davis park. Overall one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. Next time we’re in town I’m sure we’ll try to book it again!

Our family came to town to visit our RR and go to a football game. The house was well cared for, very comfortable, and had almost everything we needed! We would like to stay here again.

Great home, great location close to TTU campus. Home had extra ammenities like a expresso machine, french press, filtered water pitcher, and bath bombs. It wasnt anything over the top, but it all made the stay really comfortable and nice.

We had a short & sweet stay at this property. I was in town for Tech Homecoming, and brought along my two (grown) sons to join me. The property was everything, and more, we needed. The beds were super comfy, and the home had all the amenities we needed, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It has easy access to anything in Lubbock, and close to Indiana or Quaker to get you wherever you need to go. Kitchen was well-equipped, although we didn't use it for much this trip, but when we return and can stay longer, we'll definitely take advantage of all the home has to offer. And it has a nice backyard for pets if you choose. I didn't bring mine this trip, but the home would've been perfect to do so. As I've alluded, I plan to return, and this will be the 1st listing I look for if there is an opening to re-book. Thank you for opening your lovely home for us to stay at! Blessings, The Dixon's

We really enjoyed our stay one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. On accuracy of the property I only gave 4 stars because the listing doesn’t do this property justice. It exceeded our expectations. The home was perfect with more amenities than we expected (and/or had) at other properties. The home was clean and comfortable. Loved the beds! The home is super close to a park that the kids loved to walk to everyday. We were in town visiting relatives and the home was a quick walk to their house. Loved it!

Excellent property and excellent hosts. They thought of everything from fresh eggs in the refrigerator and breakfast makings in the pantry to sanitary products, razors. Tylenol/Advil. There were games in the hall closet, cozy robes in the bedroom closet. It was everything and more than we hoped for.

This place was charming, it felt like going to grandma’s house in the best way. Lots of little comfort items, and great beads. I was here to prep for a surgery, and the vibe of this place was calming and very pleasant. Good neighborhood and very clean home, I’d book this again without hesitation.

From the time I booked until I checked out the whole entire process was effortless. The host is very welcoming and always replied within a reasonable time frame. She even worked with me to stay an extra night due to my daughter having a college final on a Monday morning. The house is beautiful and very inviting. All the amenities are provided and I was even amazed on how the host prepared for things that you wouldn't think to bring with you or things that you can forget to pack. Our family enjoyed the many games that were made available. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. I am definitely going to rent this place again when we come back to visit Lubbock!

We've stayed in many VRBOs but have never stayed in one as clean, comfortable, or well-appointed as this one. The living room was spacious but had enough seating for our family of five and a few friends who joined us for dessert and games. Speaking of games, the closet was full of them. The bathroom was equipped with all of the essentials and then some. The bath products were luxurious, and the bath bombs were a super nice touch! The beds and bed linens were comfortable and high end. Everyone had their own room, which was a huge plus! The kitchen was stocked with snack foods, coffee, breakfast and all the necessities. Every corner of this place was spotless! It's just a short 5 min. drive to campus and good restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. We will try to stay here every time we come to Lubbock!

This house is really nice. Convenient location. Has everything you will need literally only have to take your clothes. Will definitely stay again if need a place in Lubbock. Great hoste.
