"We loved our stay at this property!!! The house is huge and had plenty of space for our group of 9. It was convenient to everything. We enjoyed the privacy we had tucked back off the road. The kiddos loved the hot tub and the family enjoyed playing pool and hanging out. Overall experience was great the host was very prompt on answering any questions we had and made it easy to know how to arrive and depart from the house. 5 star all the way!!!"

"An ideally located, remodeled, single family dwelling in a gentrifying neighborhood. we left our dog crate along the fencewall for a week before loading it back into the SUV. About a 10' drive downtown and the same to 'Eat Street' in the Highlands neighborhood along Bardstown. We had Southern fried chicken at the Eagle, Irish pub fare at Molly Malones and great food, including sake on tap, at the Dragon King's Daughter. Pics are accurate. "We decided to stay closer to the city this time around for our trip to the bourbon trail. Dan was a great host, the location was central to everything, and we had a ridiculous time. The house was perfect for 12 guys looking to get away for a weekend. We were able to grab Bird scooters which allowed access to everything Louisville had to offer. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back."

"Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! We really enjoyed having a kitchen to cook our meals in and it was well equipped. Parking on the street was easy even on Derby weekend. The house is decorated well and very comfortable. I am so glad we stayed here vs a hotel!"

"I booked this place for my BIL’s 40th. Three nights. It was 6 adults, 3 couples. We could not ask for a more centrally located place. Easy drives to all the great distilleries. But out of the way and peaceful. The views of the lake driving in were amazing. We saw deer and a turkey. You can’t quite see the lake but it’s so pretty from the back deck. When we arrived one of the bathroom showers wouldn’t stop running. I messaged the property manager and she and the owner got back to me right away....

"We stayed for 3 nights - house was clean and as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, we enjoyed sitting and watching birds and BBQing in the yard. Good location, easy to and from airport, and Louisville, waterfront park and pedestrian bridge were nice and close. House was clean, kitchen had what we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in this area."

"Overall it was a good stay, the place was dated but very clean and we loved the little coffee bar setup. I really wouldn't recommend more than 4 people though it can hold more, it was a bit tight with 5 of us. Comments from my friend include the need for serving size bowls and to check dishes that guests have washed. Would also recommend some coat hooks over the shoe tray inside the front door. Overall, excellent host with good communication, we had a good stay for that part of our trip."

Signs on the door directed to an office across the street at another hotel that they no longer have an office in. The room wasn’t stocked with spare blankets either. Even with those two minor issues, the hotel was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Great location and reasonable prices. "
