"Staff were fantastic at check-in. The room itself was clean with a great view, and an upgrade on what we’d originally booked - we booked a Deluxe and were given an Executive on check-in. If we’re ever over this side of London again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. A faultless stay!"

"Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. "

"Ideal location for Troxy as it’s just across the road. Room was spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Doesn’t look very pretty as a building but inside the room was really lovely. Reception staff were great and very helpful. Security guard around on an evening which was reassuring to see, made us feel secure. "
