The Pimlico Lime – 1 Bedroom in Belgravia

Enjoy the comfort of this little gem in the heart of the much sought-after 'Pimlico Grid' – a perfect stay for you London explorations or business trips. This cosy and bright, one bedroom flat is located on the top floor of a period stucco fronted building. 7 minutes walk to Pimlico underground, buses, shops, 10 minutes to Victoria underground/rail stations.

SOFA BED - Please give advanced notice if you require us to prepare the sofa bed for your stay. If you require the sofa bed an additional £59 will be charged post booking.

PLEASE BE AWARE - The entrance to this flat is on the third floor (which is the third floor up from ground floor level in the UK), and the flat itself is up another set of stairs on the fourth floor of the building. No lift, so not a suitable place for those with mobility issues.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay.

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

*SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS - Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you need us to prepare the air bed or sofa bed (*only applicable to properties with these amenities)

London is a constantly developing city. Therefore, some building works can occur from time to time in the local area, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm. However, we will always update our listing with this information as soon as we are aware of any works taking place in the local area.

Great Location!

So easy to get to from Heathrow, and to and fro using Tube. Very safe area with plenty of eating options within walking distance. STEPS: There are 75 steps in the stairwell up to the living space. Fine for us, but beware.
